• There are currently many people who have contracted the currently circulating coronavirus variants NB.1.8.1, known as "Nimbus," KP.2 KP3.1.1, JN.1, and XEC, RSV, influenza A/B, or the new HMPV (human metapneumovirus) in the winter months of 2024 and 2025. These newer variants of the coronavirus and other seasonal viruses are causing numerous new infections in Austria this winter, and in some cases, more severe courses of illness associated with bronchopulmonary complications such as peribronchitis, spastic bronchitis, pneumonia, and endocarditis and myocarditis. Anyone affected with either a positive test result or clear flu-like symptoms who have not yet received medical help or have not reached a medical service can contact me with confidence! In some clinically more complex cases, an interdisciplinary assessment in the spirit of "personalized medicine" may be useful. This means that I will refer you to specialized colleagues to enable imaging procedures, sputum diagnostics, extended laboratory tests, etc. I will create a therapy plan for you, issue the appropriate prescriptions, orders and referrals and accompany you holistically until Your complete restoration.

• Those affected (children, adolescents, and adults) who suffer from ME-CFS of varying severity (I-IV) as a result of Post-COVID Syndrome/PCS and are seeking medical assistance and home care due to a lack of contact points or clinical facilities in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland are welcome to contact me as long as I still have the capacity. It is extremely shameful that, especially in Austria, despite the acutely rising ME-CFS numbers, the previous Austrian turquoise-green government did not sooner establish interdisciplinary contact points, specialized outpatient clinics, or hospices for those affected by Long COVID or "Post-Vaccine Syndrome PVS" with ME-CFS! The problem for those affected is: the clock is ticking! On the one hand, a correct diagnosis is required to determine whether it is ME-CFS or another similar illness such as MS, burnout, depression, late-onset Lyme disease, HPU/fatigue, or somatoform disorders. Second, the severity of the illness must be determined. Third, individually tailored therapy should be initiated, and medical care should be ensured or specified. 4.) Are there also sociomedical aspects such as determining the level of care or degree of disability, creating a living will, power of attorney, organizing 24-hour care, recognizing a disability pension, etc.? I offer you all of this crucial support and work in an interdisciplinary manner with specialist colleagues, physical therapists, certified energy therapists, and nursing services. I support inpatient admission to suitable medical facilities at home and abroad. The goal is to escape this almost hopeless situation, to restore the ability to attend school, university, or work through coherent, holistic disease management, and to regain a normal quality of life.
