Regulatory medicine

Important factors in regulatory medicine (quoted from Dr. Petra Blum)

  • "The goal of every therapeutic treatment approach should be a rapid and noticeable reduction in symptoms for the patient. This sounds simple and obvious, but it does not correspond to reality. Especially with therapeutic approaches such as microimmunotherapy and other regulatory therapies, which are not primarily aimed at eliminating symptoms but at restoring the body's ability to regulate itself, it can usually take longer for the first subjectively and objectively perceptible improvements to occur. Why is this so? One must not forget that the human organism is extremely complex. Furthermore, it should be noted that although several patients present with a roughly similar clinical picture, the "path" to this end can be quite different. Every person is a unique, complex individual with their own personal biography, their disease background, their risk factors and internal resources, as well as the correspondingly differently oriented regulatory systems of the organism. Due to all these factors, each person has their own regulatory behavior, i.e., their ability to adapt to external and internal disruptive factors, which determines whether the scales tip more toward "Health" or "illness" is overturned. As Dr. Antoine Béchamp once said: "The microbe is nothing, the environment is everything!" (The microbe is nothing, the environment is everything!) The treatability of each patient depends significantly on the extent to which the organism's regulatory capacity is still intact. Only when this capacity functions undisturbed can the body's self-healing powers take effect. Accordingly, which factors should be considered in particular when developing a therapy concept to avoid therapy blockages? Which disorders/stressors can impair the success of regulatory therapies or prevent self-healing? Experience has shown that the following aspects play an important role:
  • The behavior of the autonomic or vegetative nervous system
  • Lifestyle, exercise, and diet
  • Environmental influences and other (toxic) stressors, including the intestinal microbiome and MALT (mucosal-associated lymphatic tissue)
  • The psycho-neuro-endocrine-immune system ... ...In summary, Identify barriers to therapy and take appropriate therapeutic action to restore the organism's ability to regulate itself and optimize its treatability. It is important to:
  • eliminate foci, matrix loads, and other disruptive factors
  • treat with anti-inflammatory or antidepressant medication
  • compensate for deficiencies or excesses of micronutrients and hormones, taking nutrition and exercise into account
  • eliminate microbial overload. Because regulation is paramount for recovery and can promote the body's self-healing process." MEGEMIT April 2020
  • Methods of regulatory medicine in Dr. Bauer’s practice:

Homeopathic single & complex remedies: Single remedies

Homeopathic single and complex remedies: Single remedies such as Arnica, Colocynthis, and Nur vomica are either classically selected (repertorized) or tested as part of an IST diagnostic procedure, muscle testing, or biotensor testing. Complex remedies such as Silicea comp. from WALA, Metavirulent from "meta Fackler Arzneimittel GmbH," the IST complexes developed by Dr. Fonk, the SANUM remedies from SANUM-Kehlbeck GmbH & Co. KG, and many others are pre-prepared mixtures of single remedies that have proven highly effective for certain indications, but can never replace single-remedy homeopathy. Recent trends in homeopathy have given rise to new methods of remedy selection. Dr. Jan Scholten, for example, uses the periodic table of elements as the basis for his system. He analyzed the periodic table in detail and meticulously placed the homeopathically known remedies within it. This method is now considered a milestone in modern homeopathy. He studied a group of rare earths in more detail, establishing the "Lanthanide Series." These elements are primarily concerned with self-control, self-determination, autonomy, self-aggression, and passing tests on a path to maturation.

Nosodes form the basis of nosode therapy

Nosodes form the basis of nosode therapy: The principle here is simply "cure disease with disease." Nosodes are homeopathic preparations made from sterilized disease products. They are intended to initiate the healing process in persistent illnesses. In IST diagnostics, a vast selection of nosodes is used to identify the actual "key immune pathogens" according to Dr. Fonk using electroacupuncture, which help illuminate the etiology, i.e., the cause of the disease. If, for example, the nosode M. Bang or bruccellosis is found in conjunction with the nosode EBV (Epstein-Barr virus), some of the predisposing factors for Hashimoto's thyroiditis can already be explained. The tested nosodes are then taken in the form of globulin or drops once or twice daily for several weeks. The lasting success of this method speaks for itself. This form of nosode therapy can be easily combined with homeopathic constitutional remedies, Schuessler salts, microimmune remedies, and detoxifying agents.

        Miasmatic remedies

Miasmatic remedies are a separate group in nosode therapy: These are also based on Dr. Hahnemann, the founder of homeopathy. Miasma refers to the "remnants" of previous, uncured infectious diseases in one's own medical history or the medical history of one's parents. You're probably familiar with the saying, "It runs in the family." Conventional medicine attempts to describe this phenomenon as a "genetic predisposition." Miasmas are a significant cause of chronic diseases. Each miasma can lead to a specific group of illnesses. In the so-called psoric miasma, for example, various forms of itchy skin rashes (psoriasis, neurodermatitis, etc.) or even hypofunctions of individual organs (e.g., the thyroid gland) can occur. Miasmatic remedies are an essential component of Dr. Hahnemann's IST diagnostics. This is where hereditary disease factors can be explored.Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. Microimmune therapy

Microimmunotherapy: The therapeutic concept of microimmunotherapy (MIT) combines the latest conventional medical findings with complementary treatment methods. It offers treatment options for many different diseases, especially chronic ones. Furthermore, it aims to eliminate the causes of disease rather than superficially combating symptoms. The focus of MIT is on promoting and restoring the body's own defenses and self-healing powers by directly acting on the immune system. It uses homeopathically diluted messenger substances that the immune system itself also uses to fight pathogens. Encapsulated globulins are taken orally 1-4 times daily. For example, a patient diagnosed with sarcoidosis and with a history of frequent respiratory infections is serologically diagnosed with a chronic infection with Chlamydia trachomatis, CMV, and EBV reactivations. With the MIT CHLA* formula (1 capsule per day) plus vitamin A, C, and D3 replacement therapy, and later the CMV formula, the cough improved significantly for the first time after eight weeks. Switching to the EBV formula finally completely resolved the chronic fatigue and cough, with a significant decrease in viral serology for CMV and EBV. The sarcoidosis, which was primarily triggered by EBV, came to a halt. (Source: FOKUS Microimmunotherapy, case presentation by Dr. Johanna Pfusterschmid, Vienna)

IST therapy according to Dr. FONK

Use of the tested IST complex agents

  • Dr. Reinhold Voll, the founder of EAV, suffered from a disease considered incurable at the time. Doctors predicted a survival rate of four to six years. Today, many patients benefit from the development of his measurement technology, which enabled him to live a long and healthy life. More than 30 years ago, Dr. Ingrid Fonk, a student of Dr. Voll, developed a systematic, reproducible, energetic diagnostic system based on Dr. Voll's electroacupuncture, the Immune-Systemic Test Setup (IST). IST diagnostics represent an excellent complement to the diagnostic and therapeutic options of conventional medicine. The unique feature of IST diagnostics is the Immune System Basic Balancing, a test strategy developed by Dr. Fonk that leads to precise and reproducible findings. The diagnostic focuses of this method are:
  • Dental focus diagnostics
  • General assessment of immune status
  • Diagnosis of infectious foci (focus search)
  • Parasite diagnostics
  • Detection of chronic latent infections
  • Detection and elimination of environmental toxins
  • Material testing, e.g., of dental materials, implants, and prosthetic materials
  • Compatibility testing of medications, nutritional supplements, and foods. An initial IST session, including an initial consultation, lasts approximately 90-120 minutes. Cost: CHF 250-330, including review of your findings. For the first appointment, it is advisable for the patient to bring a panoramic jaw x-ray and current findings. Please do not drink coffee or take any medication beforehand.
  • Micronutrient therapy

    Oral therapy & infusions

    02

  • Orthomolecular medicine focuses on the diverse, natural active ingredients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, oils, enzymes, medicinal mushrooms, algae, and much more, which are also part of our diet, but here they are presented to the body in concentrated form as capsules, tablets, or ampoules. Based on my training in micronutrient medicine (ÖÄK diploma), I develop intake plans for my patients depending on the indication. Oral therapy can make a valuable contribution to positively shaping the immune system, reducing inflammation, and improving bodily functions such as digestion, detoxification, and metabolic functions. For some patients, it is indicated to incorporate intravenous administration of micronutrients into the treatment plan. This applies particularly to chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, immune deficiencies, allergies, exhaustion, mitochondrial diseases, cancer, etc. Certain substances can also be administered intramuscularly (im) or subcutaneously (sc). The following substances can be administered during infusions: High-dose, buffered vitamin C, iron, B1, B3, B5, B12, folic acid, L-glutathione, L-carnitine, magnesium, calcium, selenium, etc. When it comes to intravenous administration of micronutrients, high-dose vitamin C therapy is a focus in my practice. A vitamin C infusion can be of valuable assistance in the following indications:
  • Tendency to infections
  • Acute and chronic infections, e.g., herpes
  • Performance slump
  • Competitive sports
  • High stress levels
  • Pre- and post-operatively
  • Muscle and joint pain
  • Tendency to allergies, asthma
  • Cancer
  • And much more

    Phytotherapy

    Medicinal plants in various preparations

  • Advising on and prescribing herbal remedies requires broad knowledge, considerable experience, and a good dose of intuition. The key is to select the right remedy for you from the wealth of currently available traditional remedies from the traditions of Ayurveda (TAM), traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Tibetan medicine (TTM), and European medicine (TEM), or from alchemically prepared spagyrics, the spectrum of medicinal mushrooms, organic plant tinctures, gemmo (flower bud) extracts, cannabidiol (CBD), medicinal cannabis (CBD), and medicinal cannabis, rizole according to Dr. Steidl, etc. A key focus here is on the so-called BUHNER protocols, which are used particularly for Lyme disease-associated illnesses, EBV reactivations, chronic herpetiosis, etc. Key factors for this include a detailed medical history, pulse pattern, lifestyle, constitution, and dietary habits. Depending on the primary causes of the disease or the current symptoms, the selected herbal remedy is either prescribed alone or integrated into a therapeutic concept with other remedies to improve functions such as digestion, detoxification, anti-inflammatory, drainage, and infection defense. Examples of proven herbal remedies include:
  • Ayurvedic Nasya nasal reflex oil with herbal extracts for chronic recurrent sinusitis
  • Tibetan-inspired Circosan to improve blood flow properties and endothelial function
  • Milk thistle to improve liver metabolism and liver cell regeneration
  • Artemisia annua to control and eliminate chronic Lyme disease and tropical malaria
  • Eyebright to heal recurring conjunctivitis
  • Cissus quadrangularis to heal bone fractures, sprains, and cartilage damage
  • High-percentage CBD oil to reduce the need for painkillers for tumor pain
  • Hericium fungus / hedgehog's beard for gastritis and ulcers
  • Astragalus membranaceus has immunomodulatory and anti-aging effects. I would also like to highlight mistletoe therapy, which is suitable as a stimulus therapy and has an immunomodulatory effect. It has been shown to have a positive impact on cancer and therefore represents a pillar of tumor therapy. Mistletoe preparations from different host trees are selected depending on the type of cancer or neoplasm.
  • Acupuncture according to Ton vd Molen

about the magic of miracle meridians

    04

The founder of the TSIMO school is the naturopathic practitioner Ton van der Molen. Ton has been practicing acupuncture since 1967. He completed his acupuncture training with Professor Worsley in England. In 1972, he received the title of "Doctor of Acupuncture" from Dr. Stemp, at whose institute he worked as an assistant for several years. In 1990, he was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of TCM at the University of Beijing, and in 1992, he received the title of Master of Acupuncture from the Dutch Naturopathy Society. His training courses in Munich have been running since 1986. After many years of private practice, he developed new methods within classical TCM teachings. Ton van der Molen's "Pulse Diagnosis Tsi Mo" is one of his most outstanding. At the TCM pulse points, we can feel the organs and thus detect, for example, inflammation, gallstones, etc. A new feature is the visualization of the organs within the pulse points, which allows for the most precise insights into individual organ areas. Ton also said, "Never insert two needles when one is enough." Therefore, during treatment, we focus on the essentials. We seek the cause of the abnormal circulation and treat the corresponding meridian. This also restores balance to other meridians. Ton van der Molen rediscovered "ancient" meridians that are particularly important today. One treats all the glands, the other influences the spine. He discovered that we can also diagnose the thyroid gland and much more by palpating the pulse point of the Triple Warmer. Ton died peacefully in 2013, knowing that his teachings are in good hands. His acupuncture teachings have since been passed on by his student and alternative practitioner Maria Kriester and her students. Alternative practitioner Lisa Hieber has now taken over the training management from Maria Kriester. Elfriede Rohr is responsible for further training. After completing my basic training and receiving my acupuncture diploma from the TSIMO school in Munich, I began to incorporate this method into my daily medical practice. In contrast to classical acupuncture, as taught by acupuncture societies, among others, a specific selection of so-called miracle meridians is made depending on the medical history, pulse pattern, tongue structure, and physiognomy, which Ton has largely defined himself. In addition, individual points, for example on the conception or governing vessel, can be added. The miracle meridians are a sophisticated combination of so-called element points that played an important role in ancient Chinese acupuncture theory. The selected points are usually painlessly punctured with fine, relatively short needles with silver wire handles, or, if necessary, moxibusted—that is, brought into contact with a heat source to warm the point and thus nourish the yang energy. The treatment lasts approximately 20 minutes and is always perceived as very relaxing and relieving. A weekly session with 5-10 follow-up appointments is usually required to achieve lasting results. The needling is virtually painless due to my puncture technique. For patients with needle phobia, I forgo needling and use acupressure or special biophoton patches from LifeWave.

Ear acupuncture / auriculomedicine & YNSA cranial acupuncture

Ear AP according to Dr. Paul Nogier, Dr. Frank Bahr & Dr. Rudolf Buzek; YNSA according to Dr. Toshikatsu Yamamoto

Ear acupuncture, in all its complexity as we know it today, goes back to the French doctor Dr. Paul Nogier, who discovered the somatotope in the 1950s and researched and developed it over many years. The upside-down embryo represents an almost complete representation of the entire organism. Ear acupuncture has also been significantly enriched by the research of Dr. Frank Bahr, who has added many new zones/points. The new overview chart of all the essential points on the ear is thanks to him, among other things. Auriculomedicine represents a separate discipline within acupuncture and can also be effectively combined with classic body acupuncture. Access to the points is uncomplicated, and patients tolerate the method well. Instead of facial needles, permanent needles, needle plasters or seeds are used, and especially for children or people with needle phobia, a therapeutic laser (low-level laser therapy LLLT) is used. The rapid onset of effects, particularly on the musculoskeletal system, never ceases to fascinate me. But ear acupuncture isn't just used for pain therapy. It's also excellent for allergies and psychological problems, such as sleep and concentration disorders, and especially for treating addiction. Therefore, ear acupuncture, and in particular Dr. Rudolf Buzek's addiction program, is very suitable for smoking cessation and has so far made quitting smoking much easier for many of my patients and greatly alleviated withdrawal symptoms. Battlefield Acupuncture (BFA) developed by Dr. Richard Niemtzow is used as a special form of ear acupuncture in acute pain therapy. For chronic pain with strong psychological and emotional overlays, combining it with the so-called NADA protocol can be useful. Ear acupuncture is virtually painless! For children or patients with a fear of needles, seeds, special plasters, or the aforementioned therapeutic laser can be used. The insertion of permanent DN needles can initially cause mild pain and subsequently become unpleasantly noticeable when lying on them. With good tolerance, the DNs remain in the ear for one to a maximum of three weeks and usually fall out on their own. YNSA, or Yamamoto's New Cranial Acupuncture, was developed by the Japanese surgeon, gynecologist, and anesthesiologist Dr. Toshikatsu Yamamoto in the 1960s. It works with somatotopes located primarily on the forehead, temples, and the back of the head. YNSA, like ear acupuncture according to Paul Nogier, mouth acupuncture according to Dr. Gleditsch, or Korean hand acupuncture, belongs to the so-called "microsystem" acupuncture forms. Here, a few needles are gently and barely noticeable inserted and usually remain in place for 20-30 minutes. Since the 1990s, somatotopes have also been added to other regions of the body. I use YNSA as a complementary therapy method to body or ear acupuncture, or as a standalone therapy. In my practice I offer YNSA particularly for the treatment of acute and chronic pain of the musculoskeletal system (pathologies of the entire spine, pelvis, knees, shoulder region, arms & legs - e.g. epicondylitis) and neurological diseases - here especially for post-herpetic neuralgia, facial paralysis, recurrent nerve paresis, acute or chronic. Hoarseness, long-COVID-associated disorders (permanent anosmia, burning skin, vertigo, burning tongue, palpitations, shortness of breath, hyperventilation, chronic cough, shingles, ...), neuroborreliosis, "stiff neck", "stiffman/woman" syndrome, cervical syndrome, headaches of all kinds, migraines, ocular migraines, fibromyalgia, trigeminal neuralgia, tinnitus, gait disturbances, Achilles tendonitis, Morton's neuroma, lumboischialgia, ADHD, intercostal neuralgia, polyneuropathy after chemotherapy, CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome), RLS (restless legs), Zn stroke in rehabilitation, paralysis after cerebral thrombosis or cerebral hemorrhage, Botox-associated facial paralysis, MS, ALS, dementia, CMD / craniomandibular dysfunction (functional disorders of the Jaw joints), tooth extraction with neuralgic pain, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, pudendal neuralgia, and much more. All pathologies of the eye, nose/paranasal sinuses, mouth/jaw/throat/ears, gynecological, and andrological disorders are also amenable to YNSA. Occasionally, I combine YNSA with other naturopathic or complementary medical methods. Truly astonishing is the "second phenomenon," where a significant reduction in symptoms can be noticed after the first needle insertion. After the third needle, the previously described symptoms may be "gone." However, experience has shown that several sessions are necessary to consolidate the results and achieve lasting freedom from symptoms!

    Psychotrauma acupuncture

according to Dr. A. Wirz-Ridolfi & Dr. Frank Bahr

    06

According to Dr. Frank Bahr's research, the timeline between birth and the current point in the patient's life is located on the governing vessel (Du Mai), between LG 16 and LG 20. The time of a psychological trauma or long-lasting traumatic phases cannot always be precisely determined from anamnestic evidence due to repression into the unconscious. Dr. Frank Bahr has found a way to determine the exact time of the trauma, using a specific laser frequency or by testing a Californian flower essence. This can then be energetically assigned to a specific point on the aforementioned meridian section of the governing vessel. A gold facial needle is then inserted into this point and left in place for approximately 20 minutes. In combination with a selection of other Californian flowers that can be taken orally and individually tested, this brings about a profound release of the trauma or multiple traumas, which can then be processed internally. The Californian flower essences were developed based on the findings of Dr. Edward Bach. More than 40 years ago, the married couple Patricia Kaminski and Richard Katz founded Flower Essence Services FES®, which developed a total of 103 different essences. In addition, I also use the classic 38 flower essences of Dr. Edward Bach.

Cosmetic acupuncture in cooperation with "True Skin - Kosmetikstudio Mödling"

Smoothing, healing & beauty for sensitive skin types and chronic skin conditions

Chronic skin diseases arise from yin and yang imbalances, blood and hormonal imbalances, long-term overload and improper treatment of the skin with surfactants, synthetic additives in cosmetics and shampoos. Individual constitution and dietary habits, as well as harmful habits such as smoking abuse, also play a significant role. Through pulse and tongue analysis, and in-depth questioning of lifestyle habits, including sleep quality, a pattern underlying the specific skin issues can usually be quickly identified. A customized treatment plan is developed based on the predominant skin condition and a detailed medical history. This includes cosmetic acupuncture, Gua Sha treatment, electroacupuncture, frequency medicine & BEMER Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT), micronutrient infusions, and supplement intake recommendations aimed at skin health. Therapy process: 1) Welcome, brief anamnestic discussion, pulse and tongue diagnosis 2) Pre-therapy: Individually tailored body acupuncture with energy-balancing points, if necessary, moxibustion while lying down, parallel: BEMER microcirculation therapy 3) Cosmetic acupuncture for "lifting" or smoothing using fine facial needles while sitting, parallel high-frequency therapy using Tefra surface and amplifier electrodes, infusion therapy, if indicated or desired, ear acupuncture "to go" to prolong the achieved effect 4) Follow-up discussion, if necessary, a short consultation including nutrition and care tips, adjustment of dietary supplements, provision of a Treatment plan with all discussed points. 5) Evaluation using a short questionnaire. Treatment goal: Achieving a significantly improved overall energetic well-being and a convincing, improved cosmetic result. More about holistic cosmetics: https://www.kosmetiklounge.at

    Borrelia therapy

    Therapy of Borrelia and co-infections

    08

  • Treatment of Borrelia and co-infections is usually initiated with antibiotics such as amoxicillin, doxycycline, cefuroxime, and others. The earlier this is started and accompanied by complementary medical therapy, the more reliably late manifestations can be avoided. Applied locally to the bite site, for example, 4% erythromycin is highly effective in the initial stages! Alternatively, undiluted tea tree oil or cajeput oil can be applied. For neuroborreliosis and Lyme arthritis, other proven antibiotics such as ceftriaxone, minocycline, cefotaxime, and azithromycin can be considered. The basic problems, however, are very often treatment failure despite sufficiently long-term antibiotic treatment, inadequate treatment of concurrent mixed infections with various viruses, bacteria, protozoa, and fungi, and the formation of L (persistent) forms in biofilms after antibiotic treatment. That's why I use complementary treatments and proven Borrelia remedies for my patients who, depending on the stage (I-III), have severe symptoms such as general weakness, fatigue, brain fog, swollen lymph nodes, facial paralysis, headaches and body aches, myalgia, burning skin, joint pain (LYME arthritis), cardiac arrhythmias, internal "rumbling", etc.:
  • High-dose vitamin C therapy (PASCORBIN 7.5g amp.)
  • Frequency therapy according to Dr. Clark & Rife
  • Phytotherapy / BUHNER protocols (artemisin, grapefruit seed extract, teasel tincture, cat's claw, Baikal skullcap, andrographis tincture, Rizole and R tincture according to Dr. Steidl, ...)
  • Borrelia nosodes, accompanying remedies (Ledum, Kalmia latifolia, Chara intermedia, Arbutinum, Adalia bip., Thuja, Rhus tox., ...) & constitutional remedies, miasmatic remedies, HOMEO-K remedies according to Dr. Klinghardt
  • Micronutrients such as vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, activated B6, selenium and Omega 3 - FS
  • Immune stimulants such as reishi and shiitake
  • Accompanying measures such as intestinal cleansing, detoxification, lymphatic remedies, etc., focus rehabilitation, scar removal, vertebral corrections This concept has already brought many patients a breakthrough and lasting freedom from symptoms!

    Posture therapy & consciousness control

Our posture reflects much of what we have experienced, felt and adopted.

    10

Posture reflects much of our experiences, feelings, and acquired impressions. Therefore, I see it as one of my tasks to examine and treat this important aspect of our physical expression. In this context, the guidance of consciousness plays a particularly important role. If we want to permanently change or optimize our posture, the therapist must not actively bring it about, but only provide gentle impulses. This essential difference from other forms of therapy was identified by the naturopath Divo Köppen-Weber and popularized as the "Alta Major Method." Guidance of consciousness is the key to adopting a new, upright posture through mindfulness and focus, and to permanently correcting poor posture. Divo has shared her insights in training courses for many years. Through my many years of practice and participation in Divo seminars, I have been able to internalize this valuable method and consciously integrate it daily into my holistic, multifaceted treatment concept.

    Systemic order therapies

Phyllis Krystal Method, Morphogenetic Releasing, Feng Shui & Fieldwork

Phyllis Krystal Method: Each of us is surrounded by invisible barriers: They prevent us from being who we truly are. From early childhood, we are shaped by fears and psychological dependencies. Through decades of research, Phyllis Krystal developed a highly effective method for identifying these blockages and working on them internally. It is a lucid dream technique that uses simple symbols to reach the unconscious and recondition it. Morphogenetic Releasing: This method, developed by HP Rosemarie Mettel, is also a lucid dream technique that uses simple steps to help free oneself from pent-up, stressful emotions such as anger, annoyance, disappointment, grief, etc. Through positive images, the released energy is made accessible again in a new form, giving one fresh, vital energy. Feng Shui & Fieldwork: New impulses for order in our personal environment, at work, or in construction projects have a significant impact on our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Colors, shapes, smells, fragrances, light and shadows, the positioning of furniture and personal belongings, the aura of other people, storage devices stored in locations, and technical, radiating devices that could be considered sources of e-smog are all important to us and have clear effects that can be beneficial, neutral, or harmful. Inspections, environmental medical, and sensitive consultations are available upon request.

    Bioidentical hormone therapy

Finally clarity through complete hormone status in blood serum or saliva

    12

Many young women suffer from symptoms such as premenstrual migraines, intermenstrual bleeding, breast tenderness, anxiety, and panic attacks. Mature women complain of hot flashes, memory problems, lack of libido, and increasing osteopenia. Men also occasionally report hot flashes, sleep disturbances, low self-esteem, and erectile dysfunction. Only with a complete hormone status in the blood serum or saliva can such symptoms be clearly identified and eliminated relatively quickly and completely through correctly dosed replacement with bioidentical hormones. The deficiency of steroid hormones has often existed for some time. This is frequently because the affected patients have not been examined for this by their attending physicians. Antidepressants, for example, are quickly prescribed. Instead, a bioidentical estrogen-progesterone mixed ointment for women or a bioidentical testosterone gel for men would provide relief. My training as a hormone coach has made many physiological connections even clearer. I would be happy to provide you with in-depth advice and develop a treatment plan for your current hormone imbalances. I prescribe bioidentical hormones in the form of creams, gels, ointments, suppositories, LipoCaps, and lozenges.
